Driving through Nashville on a road trip that included 2 people with Celiac Disease and a large dog, we were thrilled to find Central BBQ. The pulled pork was tender and perfectly smokey. The turnip greens will help you understand exactly where our southern drawl comes from. And, although I couldn't have it, others in my group were absolutely drooling over the banana pudding.
