Central Standard Craft Beer & Burgers

We were very saddened and disheartened to find that this restaurant no longer offers a gluten-free menu or are gluten-free fryer. If you are like us and came here regularly for gluten safe tasty food, they no longer have the menu or gluten-free frier.fries. very disappointed.

The only reason we visited this restaurant is because of their dedicated gluten free fryer which was amazing for my gluten free celiac family member. For whatever unknown reason, they chose to get rid of this along with other gluten free options on their menu. We will no longer be customers at this restaurant.

I made a reservation in advance to come here and that was such an easy process. I even called to add a person to the reservation and that was an easy process. Once we arrived we waited over an hour for food. One person in our party had several hairs in their food but the server did get them something new made. I ordered the buffalo chicken dip (one of my favorite foods) and it was honestly bad and I ate very little of it. Smelled and tasted like hot dogs randomly ? I couldn’t even convince anyone at my table to eat my leftovers after they tried it it was so yucky. They did have a whole gluten free menu which was appreciated. The music playing though was banging and made you forget about the poor food quality. We visited from out of town and would not recommend stopping here. We ended up being here for 2 hours from the time we sat down to the time our cards finally got ran.
