I recently visited your store to purchase gluten-free products for my son, who has celiac disease. When I sought assistance from an employee named Emily Anne, she dismissively informed me that helping was not her responsibility and belittled the severity of celiac disease. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive. I am extremely disappointed by this encounter and the poor level of customer service provided.

We often get to-go orders & they’re always exactly what we ordered. They have gluten free pad Thai & they’ll fix it like you want.
