Incredible ceviche! I've included pix of meals from day 4. That's right. Day after day. Fiesta with fish, substitute jalapenos for onions. Classic with shrimp, substitute jalapenos for onions. Spicy mayonnaise. Caring staff and allergen-aware. They make gluten free, no onion, no mango ceviche options from scratch - not just scooping random mixtures from trays.
