Chai Thai Noodles Hayward

NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS or anyone with a serious gluten sensitivity. I had to be hospitalized as a result of eating here!! I ate here once and was fine and then had the exact same thing a week later but this time the woman taking my order glossed over what I needed as far as keeping me safe from gluten. There was no indication of my dish needing to be gluten free or kept safe from cross contamination on the ticket that goes to the kitchen, even though they labeled it as gf coming out. I had such a severe reaction it was as though it was way more than just cross contamination.
