Chala's Wood Fire Grill

I love Chalas, it's always my go to restaurant especially since they are one of the few places I can go to for gluten free options. I went today and got there right at 11:30, it was very busy which is to be expected for a Sunday. Got my drink and ordered about 20 min in, while waiting for my food someone next to me sat down as well, waited a bit and placed their order as well. While waiting they did receive their food before me, and the Manager gave them my side order. My waitress was on it and saw the mistake and fixed it giving it to me. I waited and waited for about 45 min. The people next to me finished their food as well as everyone else around me. I finally asked my waitress about my food and she right away let me know she's been wondering the same thing, where's is my food? Finally it was brought to me at 12:40. Food was delicious but having to wait that long and finding out they forgot my order is sad... the waitress was very nice and was going through the chaos so l appreciated her. But paying for my full meal without no explanation from the manger is terrible. So Beware of going on a Sunday. They are very disorganized and it's disappointing.

Enjoyed everything we ordered! Steak salad was high quality and tasty. Pork chop special was fantastic--so many wonderful flavors and the smoky pork was so tender! Both dishes were high quality options for gluten sensitivity.

Always good. They do have gluten free selections for us with Celiac Disease!!
