Chalet Healy Restaurant

This weekend, we had the pleasure of discovering the new restaurant located in the Araluen Botanic Park, and we were amazed by the experience. With a cozy atmosphere surrounded by the scent of roses, the views were simply spectacular. Stephen, an absolute legend, gave us a warm welcome and showed us to a table overlooking the garden while giving us a quick rundown of the menu and the Argentinian chef. We ventured to try the Empanadas and Arancinis as starters, and then enjoyed a "Barramundi" main course that was a true gem from the sea, paired with fish Tacos that left us in awe. It was an explosion of flavors that made us eager to come back and try more of their menu, which, by the way, includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options with attention to every detail. The staff was super friendly, took a photo of us, and gave us recommendations for the best trails in the park. A fair dinkum atmosphere, perfect for spending quality time with the family, full of fun and good vibes.

Pleasant atmosphere but you cannot label hot chips as 'Gluten Free' if they are cooked in the same fryer as non-GF items. That is the only reason potatoes, salt, and oil would not be GF. You MUST remedy your menu (to account for the other items incorrectly labelled GF, also) to prevent celiacs from getting ill.
