Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't tell me the poke bowl came with gluten-based toppings. They offer gluten-free bread, but it's not delicious.

a SPECTACULAR experience. I am celiac and I usually cannot eat almost anything on the menu or find that the necessary care is not taken in food establishments, however, my experience at Charco was exceptional. They informed me about all the care they had, they adapted the menu so that I did not lose the possibility of being able to share the different dishes with my family (non-celiacs). They had a panera, starter, main course and desserts suitable for celiacs. If you are in Colonia, I recommend not missing the opportunity to visit this place. Truly Incredible.
