A lovely meal at Chardon. I advised them in advance of my coeliac disease and they confirmed this on arrival. They were able to adapt the meal successfully and both myself and my husband thought this was one of our favourite meals of the holiday in France. Recommended for coeliacs and non coeliacs alike! Could be improved further if gluten free bread were available.

The trio "bits and bobs", in residence at Chardon, was unanimous! Simple but sublimated ingredients, in 4 courses, where each plate had a taste of too little. Special mention for the absolutely perfect seasonings!
The kitchen is also very attentive to preferences (gluten, vegetarian, etc.)
Highly recommended!
