Charlie was a sinner.

We have been to Charlie's multiple times and always enjoyed delicious food, great drinks, and awesome service each time. I wanted to specifically highlight that this an amazing place to go for people with food allergies. We went a few weekends ago with my MIL and our family, and we had made a reservation ahead of time that noted my MIL's significant food allergies (corn, gluten, wheat, and dairy). Before we came, they did extra cleaning of the restaurant to avoid cross-contamination and management had briefed the team and our waiter on her allergies. When we arrived they had a special menu prepared for her with all the items she could eat so we didn't have to ask about every one. We ordered lots of food and we all loved our dishes. As each dish came out the waiter noted which had allergens and which didn't so we could easily make sure she got what she needed. She had no reactions and said it was one of the best meals she's ever had. Thank you so much Charlie's for making this so special for us! We will be coming back every time she visits.

Hands down the best vegan restaurant I've been to, and I've been to a lot! The food was delicious, the ambiance was on point, and the service was outstanding, with exceptional attention to my gluten free diet. Unfortunately I do not live in Philly, but when I visit, I will be back!

Aubrey helped me navigate the menu with my gluten allergy in mind and all the food was amazing! Absolutely love that they have a separate gf menu as well!
