Love this place. My go-to for a gluten free cheese sandwich. I'm terrible at making them, so when I get a craving, I come here. The staff is wonderful and their options are quite perfect in their simplicity!

The GLUTEN-FREE bread they use is so good, it’s the best I have ever had. It’s like a creamy, delicious corn bread sort of texture. This place is highly recommended whenever you’re a the Magnolia Silos in Waco. Special mention to Kiki, she was so kind and patient explaining the menu to us and making excellent recommendations. Kiki is a gem, hope you’ll have the opportunity to experience her excellent service. I will definitely be back, not much for the Magnolia store but for the DELICIOUS sandwiches from this food truck.
