Nice decor with its green wall. The staff is welcoming. You choose your pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle, gluten-free, Fusilli) your sauce (several choices) and the pasta is then turned in the cheese wheel.
And served with parmesan. Street food style. Take away or eat in. Fair price with drink.
Just personally I preferred my pasta more “al dente”
Good place to eat fairly quickly.
