Each holiday season we plan a girls night out and this year I stumbled across Chef Pam’s Kitchen. What a fun way to spend time working together, learning something new and sharing love and laughter! Chef Pam was patient with us (because let’s face it, 8 women and wine can get off track easily) and helped us when we needed it. Picking the menu was exciting and she helped plan gluten free options for half our crowd. The food was amazing! Bacon wrapped scallops glazed in a secret sauce, stuff pork loin with hassleback potatoe and a carrot/leek melody and an amazingly decadent chocolate dessert. The menu options were vast and it was hard to chose just one thing for each course.
We said we hope to make this our annual tradition! I would highly recommend a private party or even a public class. You won’t regret it!
