Chef Zhao Kitchen

Me and my friends are loving Chef Zhao a lot. We been there so many times cuz we live close by. Chef Zhao has traditional Shanghai style food and some other American Chinese food. Our favorite item are water eel, fish gluten, special tofu and the must order Pan Fried Bun!! They also offer hand made noodles which are so delicious too. I highly recommend go on lunch time since dinner they are very busy sometimes. Today I went there at lunch, they are using a new order system and gift card. I bought a gift card, and if you buy over $250 it will be 10% off from purchase. Unlimited times. Which is so good! Also I found there is a moon cake available for the coming Chinese mid-autumn day. Must Try Chef Zhao’s!

Good dishes, but on the oilier and salty side, so I try to ask for less oil. Things I've tried: - Thick Stir-Fried Noodle - Good chewy noodles with a touch of meat and veg. - Beef With Green Bean - Good amount of beef. Would have preferred more green beans as well. - Special Fish Gluten - The fish gluten are like large chewy tofu puffs and fun to eat. It is listed it as having pea shoots but it wasn't in season when I ordered, and they used a different vegetable. - Yangzhou Style Shredded Beancurd - this is actually a soup dish with a beancurd noodle. It was a decent dish but I probably wouldn't get it again.
