I had a wonderful dairy free and gluten free cooking class done by chef Sarah. We made a delicious savory tarte, a salad and beignets. it was easy to understand and will be easy to replicate at home. class in French.

Sarah, the chef who offers this workshop is brilliant, educational, sunny, attentive, takes care of everyone's dietary particularities... I hope that other workshops of this type will soon be offered.
Everything was exquisite, really, and special mention for the eggplant, Sarah, thank you for bringing me back to it, it was just delicious 😉!!!!

A great discovery of gluten- and lactose-free cooking, taught by chef Sarah who gave us lots of additional health and beauty information. All shared with a great group. The place is placed in a very secret and magical courtyard.
I'm heading home to make the eggplant fritters again.
