I visited this restaurant specializing in gluten-free options with high expectations, but the experience was mixed. The wrap was quite good, with good flavor and an adequate texture, without a doubt a recommended option. However, the Christmas dish did not meet my expectations. The chicken salad had more potatoes and carrots than chicken, which unbalanced the flavor and texture. The hallaca dough lacked flavor and its texture was not to my liking, while the black roast was simply average, nothing remarkable. The ham bread tasted good, but they cut it too thin, which affected the experience by not being able to fully enjoy it. The empanadas were pretty average. The dough was tasteless and the shredded meat filling was dry and unstewed, which made them unmemorable. As for the drinks, the smoothies were good, with good flavor and texture, but what really surprised me was the pina colada tea, I loved it! To finish, dessert was a moist chocolate cake that I really enjoyed, being a sweet and pleasant closing. Although there are redeemable elements such as drinks and dessert, several of the main dishes lacked seasoning and balance in their preparation. I appreciate the effort to offer gluten-free options, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of flavor and presentation.
