We’ve been eating at CYL in Bedford for years, because they’re one of very few Chinese restaurants that are sensitive to gluten free diners.
We’ve always found the food to be inconsistent. Sometimes, it’s really, really, excellent, for example the ginger chicken with string beans is nice and gingery, and the pork fried rice is packed with flavor. Other times, those same dishes are pretty tasteless. It’s odd... we guess it comes down to who’s cooking.
Still… we continue to eat there almost once a week.
Recommended, with the caveat that “it could be an off night”
