After informing the server of my gluten allergy and asking for no croutons on my Caesar salad, the server neglected to communicate it to the kitchen, and when my salad came out with croutons, I informed the food Runner that I had a severe gluten allergy, and he brought me back the same salad with the croutons picked off the top. The service staff seemed clueless about what gluten was how how to best avoid it on the menu. We were a party of 7 and 3/4 of our steaks were well over cooked with mine somehow being well done and cold (I didn’t even know that was possible) my fiancés burger was also over cooked. After my fiancé made a stink to the manager about my salad, we decided to not complain about the steaks and just eat them and never come back.
