Chesapeake's Seafood and Raw Bar

What an incredible restaurant. We really enjoyed our dinner and were thankful they were open late since we came in after exploring the Smokies. I loved to watch him crack open my whole lobster to get the meat out for me. Lots of gluten free options. Fresh seafood. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

The atmosphere and food were wonderful! Mark was extremely thorough and was knowledgeable about the menu. He made my gluten free dining experience enjoyable.

Tag - Gluten free food allergies Note - my reviews based on gf experience. Dinner - 1. duxbury oysters (light brine) on half shell. Menu changes for the season, but lots of great options. 2. Baked Rockefeller Oyster sampler - we messed up and forgot to tell the server I was gf. It could be made gf. These were three types of two each. Not really my style but my hubby said it was good. 3. Seafood platter (broiled) - it has breadcrumbs but could be made gf. Well prepared. 4. Lobster dinner - two tails with a baked potato. Perfectly cooked. Drinks - wine and beer. Beer list had no stouts or porters. Opted for an ale. Beautiful wine list. I had a glass of a lovely syrah. Total $158 for two. The menu has a wide selection of gf options. Food was delicious. Service was spot on. Atmosphere was laid back. Take away - as an allergy eater, I felt heard and safe. My food was even tagged as allergy. Thanks Chesapeake! You made the green light list.
