The best food I've had since I lived in Italy. This is quintessential home cooking! She makes everything from scratch and she's committed to only using healthy ingredients. I love that there are no seed oils, no preservatives, none of the crap that is ubiquitous today.
My absolute favorite are the Empanadas. I like to buy them frozen and heat them up in home. I always get the Oaxacan Chicken Mole, Moroccan Chicken, and Cuban Picadillo.
I also love the Chetzels (cheesy pretzels) and the assortment of desserts. Typically I avoid desserts but these are just too good. I love the carrot cake, mango cupcake, and hummingbird cake. Oh and the banana espresso chocolate muffin too. She is super conscientious of food allergies, too, so there are options for people who avoid dairy, grains, and gluten. She has dedicated, no-contact surfaces and ovens (I've asked).
Karina is an artist with cooking and I don't say that lightly. You will see what I mean - she is the most creative cook in the area. She has a new item virtually every time I walk through the door.
