A true experience when it comes to locally sourced and prepared foods . I had read about this restaurant before making reservations weeks in advance. So glad we did because it gets busy and every table was taken . A lively restaurant with energy but still able to converse and hold a conversation. Our waiter was fantastic . He explained the philosophy and concept and proposed some key dishes to try . Cocktails he recommended trying locally sourced ingredients and gins and he was spot on ! Don’t be afraid to try something new . Starters we got the beets with humus and roasted sunflower seeds. This was served with bread & a side of gluten free bread as well . Delicious plate with good seasonings and a unique flair . Main dish beef cheeks were melt in your mouth . Properly cooked and prepared with Jerusalem artichokes and potatoes . Outstanding and definitely a hearty winter dish . Deserts could not go unnoticed either . Offering several gluten free options we decided on a buckwheat tart filled apple and a digestive locally made drink . A perfect ending to our dinner and a very memorable evening . Keep up the great work and local sourcing of products . Thank you to the whole team !

Excellent service and a nice touch to gluten intolerance when I mentioned having celiac disease. The meal was excellent and without compromise. I recommend this restaurant.
