This restaurant is a wonderful discovery that would make Italian mammas proud. Demeterio won the French pizza vice-champion prize and now we know why. I had the truffle calzone, a very generous amount that pleases the taste buds, with its egg inside, the pizza dough was just perfect. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and light. You can choose the dough, there is even gluten-free which can be interesting, really not disappointed. The caramel panna cotta was succulent with its topping. Tiramisu is also excellent, there is even a pistachio cream that is to die for... 😉 Price-wise it is really very fair especially since here we have homemade pizzas for dessert. It is the same price in the end as in a large chain restaurant but with the quality of mamma. Regarding Démé, she's a lovely character with a great sense of humor, with whom we really got on well. The server was also very kind and jovial. In short, everything is good at Démé's. 😎😉
