Chez Nous

Not easy when travelling to find a restaurant that understands gluten free needs and can offer a range of menu choices. Chez Nous can. We ate here twice on our stay here in Aix and Chez Nous has given us such happy memories. The food is great and the staff are wonderful. Plus a great playlist!!!

The decoration, like old objects from the barn, is nice. The menu cards are original. On the other hand, the arrangement of the tables, very close together, the resonance of the room and the high sound level of the background music make the atmosphere noisy. The service, without being frankly unpleasant, lacks subtlety. As for the food, if the ingredients are of good quality, the culinary style is neither original nor refined, making the quality/price ratio high, if you do not benefit, as was the case that day , a 50% discount. Finally, since the restaurant plays the "gluten-free" card, it would be expected that at the time of ordering the dishes are actually available. For an evening with friends, but only one.
