Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen

Delicious and authentic Thai food! My wife and I love Thai cuisine and culture and wanted to serve something a little more interesting than fish and chicken at our rehearsal dinner so we asked Chiang Mai to cater for us! Pat Murphy, the owner, worked with us on our budget while also getting and excellent variety of appetizers and entrées! He was also able to accommodate all the allergies in our party (including fish, gluten and nut allergies). Pat did offer to provide plates and utensils for an additional fee which we opted out of. He was extremely professional and prompt to respond to emails. They offered to drop off and set up the food with chaffing dishes as well as pick up them afterwards. The set up took a little longer than we expected and so if I were to order again would recommend requesting they come a little earlier. They provided generous portions of food as well as the accoutrement such as limes, peanuts and sprouts. The food was delicious and authentically prepared by the head chef and Pat’s wife, who is from Thailand, and was well appreciated by all of our guests! I would absolutely recommend Chiang Mai Thai for a flavorful dinner out or special catered event! They were fabulous to work with!
