The food and vibes here are always phenomenal! I have some food restrictions (celiac with a nut allergy) and they always take precautions. Nazar was a fantastic server and he was super accommodating. Always happy to eat in or take out from here

On Sunday, June 20th my friend and I visited Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen at the Park Lawn location to place a take out order. Before arriving, we called ahead to confirm whether they offered gluten-free options and the hostess assured us they did. I placed an order for the Famous Pad Thai with gluten-free noodles and no egg, as I have allergies to both. My friend ordered the Pineapple Fried rice requesting for gluten-free rice. During the ordering process, two different employees confirmed and repeated our orders back to us, which gave us confidence that our dietary needs were understood. Unfortunately, when I returned to my friends house and began eating, I quickly realized that there was egg in my Pad Thai. As someone with an allergy, this was deeply disappointing and concerning, especially after clearly communicating the allergy and having the order repeated back twice by staff. Although I understand that errors can happen, dietary restrictions, especially those involving allergies, must be handled with extra care. i hope this feedback encourages greater attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy going forward.
