I ordered food for delivery and it was delivered twice wrong. The first time they sent a whole different pasta, the second time they sent the pasta on gluten noodles, when I specified that it had to be on rice noodles due to a gluten allergy. I waited for 40 minutes to hear back from a manager or supervisor about getting me the correct food once again, and I was told that there is nothing they can do to help me because the manager left the restaurant for the night before 7:00 pm. So I have now not gotten my correct food or money back. This is absolutely unacceptable.
