Chicago Waffles West Loop

Had the absolute best brunch of my life at this place. The food was impeccable, from the corn beefed hash heaven to the heart healthy waffles and very berry pancakes (all available gluten free!!) I truly don’t know what I liked more. My husband and I will definitely return again very soon to try out the other items on the menu. On top of the food, our server Angela was just like her name - an absolute ANGEL! She made us feel so welcome, taken care of, without interrupting us to refill water after every sip like some servers do, and also made the best latte we’ve had in a while. 10/10 would recommend!

We tried Chicago Waffles today and had an amazing experience! Erika was our server and had a lot of great suggestions for us to try! She was very attentive and on top of everything! I also have a gluten allergy and she was very knowledgeable on what I could eat and made sure to inform the kitchen staff! All of the food we tried was amazing we will be returning!

I have never heard of this place but was pleasantly surprised, especially with the gluten free options. I had the salmon omlette, would not recommend, but will gladly try other things on a return trip since one is opening in my area soon.
