Chick-fil-A

I came in for lunch the other day and had my doubts because of the long drive thru line, so I ultimately opted to just come inside for the dine-in experience. “Mark” took my order and he was very patient with my son who has down syndrome, he helped read him through the menu options and decide what he wanted. He explained the differences between all the sandwiches and gave him his suggestions. It was very special that they were able to provide an experience to my family and myself where we felt respected and cared for, he made us feel special. He made our drinks and then “Johnny” brought our food out for us. I had the 12 count chicken nugget meal, and the nuggets and fries were both very hot. My son had the grilled sandwich meal and he really enjoyed it, he has a gluten free diet and they were able to substitute the bun for him. The dining room was very clean and stocked and we all left very happy. WILL BE COMING BACK!!

Not celiac friendly. Manager only said sorry. All food bagged together and my food contaminated. Thank for nothing Adam
