So I ordered 2 chicken sandwiche meals in the drive thru. The guy told me they were out of white buns but they had whole wheat and gluten free. I was perfectly fine with that so I told him "whole wheat is good." I get to the person who hands out the food after 15-20 minutes in line. The guy handing the food out asks if I ordered sandwiches, which I answered yes. He responded "so sorry" and walked away. After about 5 more minutes he hands me my food and walks away. I look and there are 2 chicken patties for sandwiches, but no bread. Confused, I asked him about it. He went to the kitchen, came back and told me they were out of bread. I asked if I could get a refund and he said he'll ask. He left to the kitchen again and returned to give a partial refund for the cost of the sandwiches, but not the fries and drinks.
The only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star is because they provided a partial refund. After waiting for almost 30 minutes to get a partial order, they should have offered a refund or at least apologize for not having my full order and offered something else. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Chick-fil-A location but it is definitely the worst.
