Chick fil a nation wide always messes up my order. I always come back because i t chick fil a. It just might be me that is cursed. My kids like it , gluten free options are also great!

They are not sensitive to people's food allergies. My son who cannot have gluten got a coupon card at school for nuggets. He asked for them grilled and they would not let substitute the grilled nuggets after we explained his gluten allergy. This place has been going downhill recently in terms of customer service . They have just lost customers.
