Chick-fil-A

Went yesterday ordered a grilled sandwich unassembled with a gluten free bun, got home to have it assembled with a regular bun but the sticker on the box had the correct order so they just didn’t care. I called and told them what happened, Alyssa called me today to tell me she sent me a free sandwich code to replace mine. When I received the code it’s only for the breaded sandwich that I can’t eat!!!

My wife is allergic to gluten. Chick-fil-a is usually a good spot for her to get a decent meal without too much struggle as it can be exhausting trying to figure out what places do and do not serve gluten free food. The food is great here but the last time we were here they were out of gluten free buns. The service was great and let me know at the time of ordering and offered an alternative lettuce wrap. While we were disappointed that they didn't have what we came for I am grateful for the helpful service to prevent the issue from potentially feeling worse, or just ordering her a normal bun and us not finding out until later.
