Chick-fil-A

Came here for the first time because I heard they have great gluten free options. I asked the guy who took my order about their gluten free options, and he told me that every sandwich could be made gluten free by swapping out the bun. So I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I was pleased that the bun came in it's own packaging to avoid cross contamination. But to my disappointment, the chicken I received was breaded and deep fried. I thought to myself that maybe the breading was gluten free so I ate the sandwich, but very quickly started feeling symptoms of my gluten sensitivity. After a quick Google search when getting home, it was apparent that I was served gluten when I requested gluten free. While thankfully I only have a sensitivity and not Celiacs disease, I worry that this kind of carelessness could cause issues for others in the future. Aside from the gluten issue, all staff members I spoke with were very kind and professional. However, they did also forget my sauce.

Asked for a gluten free chicken deluxe. She offered me a spicy one. I asked if it was gluten free as well. She said yes. It wasn’t. Got a fully breaded chicken sandwich I couldn’t eat because it’s BREADED. Wasted 20$.
