I had purchased a cow calendar, and was told by one of the managers that they can accommodate for dietary allergies if their "mystery offer" for the month contains gluten or dairy. In reality, when it was a different shift than when she's working, I was told no and offered a free ice cream (which has dairy). It's almost embarrassing how much money I spend at this chic fila to be told "no" for a small fruit cup. I think this chic fila needs to take a minute to evaluate how inflexible they are with dietary-restricted customers, or maybe train their more junior staff better. In either case, they are falling out of favor with me and I'm disappointed that they are turning into every other insensitive business. What's next... "Now open on Sundays"?
