Chick-fil-A

Said they were unsure if the hash brown oil was cross contaminated. He claimed the waffle fries were not GF and had contaminated the oil.

This is the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever seen. You circle all the way around the parking lot before they take your order, then you pick up your order and have to cross over the waiting line of cars to get out. Never seen anything like it. This was at about 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday, so they were probably hit with beach traffic. Makes me wonder what noon on a Saturday looks like. We waited about 25 minutes total, including replacing messed up order items. It was awfully hot and humid and the outside workers were still smiling and courteous. The worker taking our order pointed out that the system was being weird in that it wouldn't show my sandwich having a gluten free bun, so I checked that first thing when the order arrived. It was not a gluten free bun. They had a new sandwich out in about four minutes, just in time for us to notice we had not received two drinks. They got those out in about one. We also used the bathrooms, which were clean but much too small for the business this location does. Also of note, a worker would move cones for the trailers and buses, allowing them into a parking area just for them.
