Chick-fil-A

Everyone is so amazing and friendly there. They really watch for allergies and will make sure your food is not cross contaminated. As someone with celiac disease who can’t have gluten, I never have to worry about their food making me sick. Keep doing what y’all are doing!

I have bad food allergies so I don't normally eat fast food. I was hungry and in the mall and saw the Chik-fil-A so I decided to try the grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. They give you the meat, lettuce, and tomato in one container and the bun in a plastic bag. The bun was a little soggy because it was obviously microwaved but as gluten free buns go, the taste and texture were pretty good. After putting the sandwich together I could tell the meat was also microwaved. As a whole, the sandwich didn't have much flavor and was really blah. Even with condiments. I won't ever eat this again although if I was really in a bind and there were really no other options, this would do as a last resort. The final sad fact is that I paid extra for a gluten free bun on a sandwich I didn't like.
