Francesca at the Strongsville location is amazing!!! I had a large catering order and I had even added to the order the day of. They offered a gluten free option that was hot and ready. Francesca was on top of it. She confirmed the order the day of and had everything ready on time for an evening pick up. She was super helpful and friendly and I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to put my mind at ease with such a large order. Chik fil-a offered great customer service an they even helped carry the order to my car. I will definently be back for all my catering needs!!! Chik fil-a, You are lucky to have Francesca on your team as well as all of the amazing team members at the Strongsville location!!!

The food is pretty good, but not sure why people say it is life changing. I appreciate they have gluten free options and changeover procedures.
