Super upset that today when I went here for lunch, they refused a special request. I eat here several times a week, not always at this location, but due to a gluten allergy that my boss suffers, this is her favorite place to eat. Anyway, I have been enjoying their veggie wrap, and order it often, but I don't care for their multi-grain tortilla, so I ask to have it in a flour tortilla, which they serve their breakfast wrap in. Every other Chick-fil-A has substituted for me with no problem, but not Plymouth. When I asked the cashier, she told me she would check with the front manager, and she talked two 2 people, neither of whom would address me personally, and she came back and told me (which I also overheard, since they were only standing a few feet away) the answer was no. I said I didn't understand, because it had been done at other Chick-fil-As, but she said they were prewrapped and it was too much work. I didn't really understand that, and wanted to post this review because if it can be done at one location, it can be done everywhere! Obviously, they don't care about good customer service at this location. Will not be going back!!!
