Placed a mobile order and received the wrong shake. My child is allergic to gluten and was given a “cookies and cream” milkshake instead of vanilla. Unfortunately she found out after tasting it. Expecting her having a painful night ahead due to ingesting gluten. Manager was somewhat nonchalant about it when I called to complaint. Next time going to this place will double and triple check anything. This is the second time a similar incident happen. A few weeks ago we ordered grilled chicken nuggets and received fried ones instead. We didn’t notice until arriving home and my daughter couldn’t eat her meal. :(. If you have allergies- double check!!!
