Not only are these people unwilling to make their mess ups right, they acuse their customers of lying. Therefore I attached pictures of my “grilled spicy deluxe” being fried. It may not be that big of an issue except I’m allergic to gluten… hence the no bun.
They’re unwilling to give a refund due to their negligence.
The manager also did not understand the difference between grilled and fried….
