This location struggles with service consistency and attentiveness, which can impact the dining experience for those with gluten sensitivities. The atmosphere lacks the welcoming and accommodating feel crucial for guests managing dietary restrictions, making it less ideal for gluten-free diners.

First time visiting this Chick-fil-a location and most definitely the last. The cashier Marzena that helped us was very rude and acted indifferent when I asked which of the salad dressings were gluten free. Her response was probably the vinegareete but you'll have to check I don't know anything about gluten free. I was recently diagnosed with celiac and it makes it twice as hard to eat out when people can't even take a moment to ask a simple question. The lady checking the dining room walked past our table at least 10 times always making sure not to make eye contact with either of us. Wouldn't really matter except she stopped to help every table on all sides of us clearing trays and getting refills. Not sure if it was because my fiancee is Mexican and clearly we were in a very white neighborhood. But definitely not the service I expected from a Chick-fil-a. We frequent the North Carefree location and they always refill our drinks and go over the top to make us feel welcome. Next time we will just drive to that location instead stopping on the way home.
