CFA customer service is usually totally 100%.
For the Culpeper CFA, "fast food" doesn't exist. I went there tonight for my son and I spent 30 minutes in the line. This is a place that they spent the last few months remodeling but they now have two lines that double the wait time.
Put another way? Don't go through the drive-thru. Order online and go into the store to pick up or get them to bring it out to you. You'll save yourself 90% of your time. I'm not sure whether it was corporate or the local franchise that made this decision, but they clearly didn't think about it.
If, like me, your a celiac sufferer then you probably don't want to bother with this franchise. Whether it's ordering a a gluten free bun and being delivered a frozen bun or their terrible selections. Do you really have to put what I assume is pickle juice on your grilled selections? Are you insane?
They don't have to put up with celiac sufferers, of course. But don't offer a GF bun if you're not actually going to make sensible decisions when it comes to food.
