Manager is a JOKE and a half.
I have an allergy and ordered a gluten free sandwich through the app—as I usually do. For whatever reason the bun sub didn’t register, so the sandwich I received was not GF. When I called the store, there was no answer so I drove back and asked if I could have the correct order. The manager Jaqueline was immediately triggered. In front of the entire line, she took all the time in the world to place blame and say that it was my fault the order was incorrect. After holding up the line to print a copy of the order (as if the app I’d shown her looked any different???) and berate me over “my mistake,” she finally replaced the sandwich. It was awkward how defensive she was. I’m not a threatening person lol I just can’t eat gluten
She wasn’t wearing gloves, either. Gross.
