Went here for “teacher appreciation”. My mom has a gluten allergy and was told last week by a manager that they would accommodate her. So today we went in to order our food. Told them we were teachers and showed our ids. Mind you we were getting two free teacher meals and we were going to buy three more meals. My mom said I need that to be gluten free. The cashier seemed to think that wasn’t allowed so she got the owner who happened to be there. He refused to accommodate her, he said I’m sorry but that is not the free item we’re offering. He had a very standoffish and rude attitude. I told him you can do better than sorry. Your customer service sucks and you lost three meals worth of sales for refusing to be accommodating and show a teacher appreciation.

Yeah lol I barely go here already cuz I’m lgbt. My friend n her mom r teachers. They refused to accommodate for a gluten allergy. Even tho they’ve done it before. Workers n owner were rude. I work in retail. We have deals all the time. It’s not that hard to accommodate n be nice about allergies or religious reasons. It’s also not that costly. Do better
