I'm allergic to dairy, soy and gluten. I order grilled nuggets and waffle fries. Sadly, I'm unable to consume their sauces because of the soy/ dairy content. However, it seems like a once in a while visit is okay for me. Fyi, their oil is a highly refined peanut oil (which is great for a soy allergy). They make it easy on their website to view all ingrediants of each product prior to consumption.
****New update: Recently Chick-fil-A has released a statement regarding their grilled nuggets being processed with dairy at the source. Please check before you consume.
