Chick-fil-A

Don't trust what's in the bag at the drive through. I have used the drive through 4 times in the past month or so. First trip they gave me regular grilled chicken sandwiches instead of the gluten free option I had ordered. Stuff happens. I went without lunch that day. They made good on it next trip in. The past two times through, they have forgotten my grilled 12 piece grilled nuggets. Each time contacted they would say come back and we'll give them to you. Aren't most working people on a fixed lunch schedule? Last time I was refunded to my card while on the phone with the manager. Today's manager told me that was impossible unless it was for the whole order and they couldn't refund the whole order. But that's exactly what they should have done for the same mistake twice in two weeks. Not sure what's happened to this place. Told me I have to come back in with my card to get my money back. I am going to eat that $8.45 loss instead of anymore chicken from this little slice of chaos.

Update: the playground has been removed from this Chikfila. Most patrons are drive through only now. While I'm not big on the food here due to limited gluten free options, the atmosphere is great for young families. The play space is always clean and my family has made friends here we were able to hang out with and grow close to outside of the restaurant play space. The staff here is extremely polite and efficient, and the lemonade here is a solid 8/10. All in all we visit regularly to drink lemonade, socialize, and get to enjoy a playground without dealing with the summer's heatwave.
