Chick-fil-A

Went for lunch today, it was my first visit and it was quite disappointing. The service was sub par. I asked for a gluten free menu and was told they don’t have one. They don’t have gluten free buns like their other restaurants and the tacos are only on flour tortillas. I kept trying to ask about alternatives and substitutions to accommodate my gluten free needs. The server unfortunately was very unhelpful. I settled on the big kahuna fries with grilled nuggets. It was delicious but not gluten free as I later had an allergic reaction. I’m guessing it was the sauce but it’s hard to tell since the menu has no real information about ingredients. This restaurant is not safe for those with food allergies as they are not willing to accommodate. The decor is lovely.

While the food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly, they had minimal gluten free options, which is odd considering regular chick fil a carries gf buns. I opted for a lettuce wrap and found out on my receipt it cost 75¢ for two pieces of flimsy lettuce. On the plus side, the sunjoy boba did have free refills. I’d go again if they carried gf buns but it’s not worth your while if you’re looking for gf options. Edit: Above was my first time here. I am here a second time and am even less impressed. Service was very slow. Had to ask for a lot of things. Took forever for refills. The skillet breakfast was super yummy.
