Every time I order here, they get my order wrong. I've tried giving CFA the benefit of the doubt because I know that fast food is not fun & it's hard. However, CFA touts this A+++ Customer experience, but that's only if you make their job as easy as possible.
I have a gluten allergy. Everytime I try to order a Grilled Chicken Deluxe with cheese on a GF bun, my order is wrong every.single.time.
Sometimes, I get just the chicken & vegetables- no bun & no cheese.
Sometimes, I get the bun, plus a fried chicken sandwich. So I can't eat anything at all.
Sometimes, I get the bun, the grilled chicken, but no cheese.
This happens whether I order in the drive through line or via Uber.
I get that the work is hard, but the food is not cheap.
The gluten free alternatives are even more expensive.
Being able to eat a quick meal when my blood sugar drops for health reasons shouldn't be this difficult.
It really makes me feel like the staff & CFA believes that I am less than a person whose money isn't worth the time & effort to ensure that I at least have a decent meal in the middle of the day.
Very disappointed with this locations lack of care with food allergies. :/
