The food is good and generally I don’t have any issues when I go but tonight the food was made incorrectly, I went back and they remade it but it was wrong again. They gave me a thing of small fries to compensate, and the third salad they made was finally correct. I had showed them the receipt and luckily I live around the corner so it wasn’t like I was throwing away $12 worth of food but it’s still disappointing to have to go all the way back to fix it when I was just ready to eat. I do have gluten intolerance so that’s why I ordered the grilled food as I did but The first two Mess ups forced me go to back because I couldn’t eat the breading on the chicken. Kinda would love a gift card to make up for this hassle.

I LOVE Chic-Fil-A. Unmatched customer service with great food. It’s a little expensive to go all the time, but I’m there at least once a month. I love that you can get gluten free buns.
