This is the absolute worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I have been here on multiple occasions and each occasion has been bad. The first time I came through, I had ordered a Cobb salad w/ avocado lime ranch & a grilled club meal with a gluten free bun as I was picking up a meal for a friend with celiac disease ( can’t have gluten), and I was given a regular club. This could have severely made my friend sick. I was also never given my salad dressing. 2nd time being here through the drive thru the employees were so rude. Some blonde girl gave me a nasty look when she asked me what my name was. When my order was ready, she just handed me my order without saying anything. ( not the typical CFA standard service) 3rd time being through I had ordered an egg white grill with the biscuit on my way to work and got it with a muffin instead. This is ridiculous! Every single time either somethings wrong my order, or the service is terrible. CFA, DO BETTER, please 🥺
