Called the place cause I got sick from their food because they put my food with a marked gluten allergy with my mom’s gluten containing food. We had already left and couldn’t change it. The manager said the fries were gluten free and I explained cross contamination and they were rude about it and said “okay? we do put it in different bags” they don’t. Please take allergies seriously. I have eaten there many times before and never got sick. I understand you can’t 100% guarantee safe food but don’t be rude about it.

I Came from a different chic-fil-a where they had messed up my order (I’m severely allergic to gluten and asked for grilled nuggets, but received the regular breaded ones). I showed up at this location 10 mins before closing. I thought I’d have to pay for a whole new meal, but they were so nice they remade my meal correctly and free of charge.
